Hello:
Since I have updated the driver of my ATi display card to 1.1.1, the monitor control panel seemed to have crashed and could never be opened again. It said it was unexpectedly quitted due to Error 11 and would need a restart. I don't know what's wrong with it and frames of all windows would disappear. Any ideas? Please let me know and help me to solve the problem. I have tried to disable some extensions of the ATi driver, but the problem still exists.
Can anybody also tell me at what Hz would the Mac support on 1600x1200 resolution? I could not check it out and would like to upgrade the monitor to a 17". Please tell me if you are using ATi Rage 128 Pro display card on AGP slot.
Thanks ahead

Hi Corinthian,
Try trashing your monitor preferences... they might have gotten corrupted in the upgrade...
good luck
