You know, I was using 9.1 update until I gave up on it. Now, that I'm back with 9.0.4 I'm really sure about how stable and dependable it is!!

ahmen brother I lost the ablility to play DVDs with 9.1 and I did a software restore and its fine. 9.1 just has too many bugs hopefully they will change it for OSX which comes with it as the classic.

Yep, 9.04 definately rocks.
9.1 is shoddy.
I'd boot back into 9 permanently but I have to move my prefs over... and I can't be bothered

Me too! I spent 2 crash ridden days with 9.1 and went back to 9.0.4. It (9.0.4 ) has been THE most stable OS I have used to date. Maybe a clean install from a 9.1 CD would be better and result in a more stable OS, instead of using the updater file. However, I may never know!
