I prefer the "recent imports" grey background to the fake wood, is there any way to use it throughout?

Or at least give us a few other options. How about maple and espresso? Maybe an IKEA theme and a Crate and Barrel theme? You know, something that looks as contemporary as the iMac I'm running DL on?
Oak is so 1985 high school student bedroom furniture.

We had, at one time, intended to have "skins" or "themes" for Delicious Library, and even had a theme contest, which included a little utility to install and uninstall them. There were hundreds of entries, but unfortunately the feature had to be cut due to time constraints.
The materials are still online, if you'd like to mess with them:
MacThemes.net | Contest: Delicious Library Shelf Theme Contest
I don't know whether skinning as an official feature will make it into the next version.
