I wondered if this has happened to anyone else? My iMac now falls asleep after, say, 15 minutes, even though I have disabled the sleep control panel in OS 9.1, and I have set sleep to "never" on my OS X partition. What gives? I HAVE NOTHING SET TO SLEEP!! It is getting really annoying. I didn't like the sleep mode much anyway, but now that it is doing it on it's own, I'm scared! It's like it has a mind of it's own...or just Narcolepsy...

Never mind. All I had to do was to reenable the Energy Saver control panel, and now it doesn't sleep...
Silly me.

I just have to say that this thread topic is one of the more amusing I have seen of late. Good work.

As a follow up to this, Removing/corrupted Apple CPU plugins stuff is VERY important, and cause all sorts of weird problems, like the one described above.
